    摘要:

    液压阀在很大程度上影响着液压系统的正常工作,为了检验液压阀的性能指标,设计了对多种液压阀进行多项性能测试的综合试验台。同时为了实现试验台的自动化,提高测量精度,减少人为因素,利用计算机强大的数据处理功能,基于LabVIEW平台开发了液压阀性能测试软件,以NI采集卡为信号连接中端,进行信号输出控制和数据采集处理。引入模块化设计思想,进行测试软件的二次开发,将所需功能以模块化的方式处理,大大缩短了测试软件的开发周期,实现了试验台自动化调节系统压力及流量,满足性能测试要求;并能高精度采集试验数据,绘制特性曲线;试验结束后自动卸荷,存储数据、打印试验报告等功能。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic valve affects the normal operation of the hydraulic system to a large extent. A comprehensive test bench for performing multiple performance tests on various hydraulic valves is designed to test the performance index of the hydraulic valve. In order to realize the automation of the test bench, to improve the measurement accuracy and to reduce the human factors, the hydraulic valve performance test software was developed based on the LabVIEW platform by using the powerful data processing function of computer. And the NI acquisition card was used as the middle end of signal connection for signal output control and data acquisition and processing. By introducing the idea of modularization design and two times development of test software, the required functions are processed in a modular way, which greatly shortens the development cycle of test software and realizes the test bench automatic regulating system pressure and flow rate to meet the performance test requirements, and can realize collecting high precision test data, drawing the characteristic curve, automatic unloading after the test, data storage and printing test reports, and etc.
