    摘要:

    针对数控机床进给系统滚珠丝杠副高速运行时润滑不良、磨损较大的情况,基于Hertz接触理论对滚珠丝杠副的接触应力进行计算并确定了织构的加工位置,建立了有、无织构的滚珠丝杠副分析模型,对滚珠丝杠副的接触应力和润滑特性进行有限元分析,并对比分析了有、无织构时滚珠丝杠副的接触与润滑性能。结果表明,有织构时虽会增大滚珠丝杠副的接触应力,但在织构两侧产生的流体动压可使滚珠丝杠副形成流体摩擦,极大改善其润滑性能,从而起到很好的减摩效果。

    Abstract:

    To avoid the bad lubrication and wear of ball screw pair in CNC machine tool feed system at high speed, the contact stress of ball screw pair was calculated based on Hertz contact theory and the processing position of texture was determined. The analysis models of ball screw pair with and without texture were established, and the contact stress of ball screw pair was analyzed. The contact stress and lubrication properties of ball screw pairs with and without texture were analyzed using finite element method. The results show that the contact stress of the ball screw pair increases with texture, but the hydrodynamic pressure on both sides of the texture can make the ball screw pair form fluid friction, improving its lubrication performance greatly, thus playing a good friction reduction effect.
