    摘要:

    以发动机气缸盖和气缸体为例,重点研究正/逆向技术在模型重构中的技巧以及注意事项。提出使用填充硅胶获取精准的水道和气道模型的新方法,并对逆向结果进行了误差检测与分析,最后获得了符合精度要求的三维数字模型。研究目的在于得到一套系统的、不同于传统逆向过程的方法,此方法可以被其他类型产品的逆向过程所借鉴,同时可以有效缩短产品研发周期、提高逆向工程效率、加快先进技术的消化吸收。

    Abstract:

    Taking engine cylinder head and cylinder block as example, the skill of forward/reverse technology in the model reconstruction and the attention were focused on. A new method was put forward in which silicone was used to get the accurate channel and airway models, and error detection and analysis were done. Finally, the model met the accuracy requirements were gotten. The purpose of this study is to get a method which is systematic and different from traditional reverse process, this method can be used for reference to other types of products. It also can shorten the product design cycle, improve the efficiency of reverse engineering, speed up the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies.
