In order to accurately and effectively predict and control the deviation of aircraft thin-walled parts assembly,an assembly deviation modeling and simulation analysis method for aircraft thin-walled parts was proposed.According to the assembly process of aircraft thin-walled parts,an assembly deviation model based on deterministic locating method and influence coefficient method was established.In the assembly deviation model,the effects of part manufacturing variations,tooling fixture deviations and assembly deformation were considered.The Monte Carlo method was utilized to simulate the assembly deviation model,and the assembly deviation was optimized according to the deviation source sensitivity.Taking the assembly deviation analysis of the fuselage wall panel assembly of a certain aircraft as example,the validity of the proposed method was verified.
