    摘要:

    以提高反铲挖掘机的最大挖掘高度为优化目标,提出以叶片式液压摆动油缸取代斗杆直线油缸驱动挖掘机的新方案。首先参考某种挖掘机的相关参数,采用SolidWorks建立了传统挖掘机和新型挖掘机的三维模型,通过ADAMS进行运动学仿真,获得挖掘机运动轨迹包络图、铲斗斗齿位移曲线,确定了最大挖掘高度、最大挖掘半径。通过对比,表明了新方案可极大提高最大挖掘高度,验证了这种方案的可行性,为相关研究者提供一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the maximum excavation height of the backhoe excavator, a new scheme of replacing the stick linear cylinder driven excavator with the hydraulic rotary vane actuators (RVA) was proposed. Referring to the relevant parameters of an excavator, the three-dimensional models of traditional excavator and new excavator were established by SolidWorks. The kinematics simulation was carried out by ADAMS. The excavator’s motion path envelope map and bucket tooth displacement curve were obtained, and the maximum excavation height and maximum excavation radius were determined. Through comparison, it shows that using the new scheme, the maximum excavation height can be greatly improved, the feasibility of this scheme is verified, and a new idea is provided for relevant researchers.
