    摘要:

    采用Renishaw激光干涉仪检测数控镗铣机床Y轴的正、反向定位精度和重复定位精度,比照精度的定义对测量结果进行分析和探讨,建立Y轴正、反向单向定位精度和反向差值补偿的数学模型,通过840D的丝杠和间隙补偿表功能完成了补偿。检测结果表明:补偿后正、反向定位精度有了较大幅度的提高,反向间隙有了较明显的减小。

    Abstract:

    The longitudinal and reverse positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the Y-axis in the CNC boring and milling machine were analyzed by using Renishaw laser interferometer. The measurement results were analyzed and discussed referring to the definition of the accuracy and the mathematical models of both the positive and reverse one-way positioning accuracy and reverse difference compensation of Y-axis were constructed. The positioning error and the reverse difference were compensated by the function of the screw and gap compensation table of 840D system. The test results show that the positive and reverse positioning accuracy has been greatly improved after compensation. There is a more obvious reduction in the backlash.
