    摘要:

    针对高速多工位液压机滑块在偏载力作用下出现的运动不同步问题,对比分析3种常见的液压机滑块主动纠偏方案,并根据高速多工位液压机的要求,以高频响伺服阀为核心,设计滑块主动纠偏装置,搭建HNC快速主动纠偏控制系统,并进行液压机偏载实验,绘制了滑块两侧位移曲线。结果显示,在4 MN·m偏载力矩的作用下,其同步平衡系统精度达±0.133 mm/m,调节时间小于0.6 s,最大动态偏差小于0.350 mm/m,满足高速多工位液压机主动纠偏系统要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of asynchronous motion of slider of high-speed multi-station hydraulic press under the action of partial load force, three common active correction system schemes for slider of hydraulic press were compared and analyzed. According to the requirements of high-speed multi-station hydraulic press, taking a high frequency response servo valve as the core, the slider active correction device was designed, and the HNC fast active correction control system was built. The partial load test of hydraulic press was carried out, and the displacement curves on both sides of the slider were plotted.The results show that the precision of the synchronous balancing system is ±0.133 mm/m, the adjusting time is less than 0.6 s, and the maximum dynamic deviation is less than 0.350 mm/m under the action of 4 MN·m eccentric load torque, which meets the requirements of the active correcting system for high-speed multi-station hydraulic press.
