    摘要:

    多对置柱塞泵是新型产品,具有压力高、流量大、高效节能等优点,但由于结构新颖复杂,无法采用现有方法对其进行扰力平衡。针对多对置柱塞泵的特殊结构,分析多对置柱塞泵的主要运动机构,推导出扰力的计算公式;然后根据扰力的特点设计不同的平衡方法,对扰力进行平衡,提出了适应于多对置柱塞泵扰力平衡的有效方法;最后通过实例计算仿真,证明该平衡方法对多对置柱塞泵扰力的平衡具有实用价值。

    Abstract:

    Multi-opposed plunger pump is a new type of product with the advantages of high pressure, large flow, high efficiency and energy saving, but because of its novel and complex structure, existing methods can not be used to balance its disturbance. Aiming at the special structure of multi-opposed piston pump, the main moving mechanism of multi-opposed plunger pump was analyzed and the calculation formula of disturbance force was deduced. Then different balancing methods were designed according to the characteristics of disturbance force to balance the disturbance force. An effective method for balancing the disturbance force of multi-opposed plunger pump was put forward. The simulation results show that the balancing method has practical value for the disturbance balance of multi-opposed plunger pumps.
