    摘要:

    为了提高数控机床在线检测精度,研究机床各个轴的定位误差对数控机床在线检测精度的影响。针对数控机床误差补偿进行实验研究,采用激光干涉仪在数控机床上测量出各个轴的定位误差,将各个轴的定位误差依次进行补偿;并以Visual C++60为工具,编写了三次样条曲线的算法程序,将测量的数据点拟合成一条曲线,达到可以预测机床任意点误差的效果;进行标准块检测实验。结果表明:在数控机床在线检测系统中实施误差补偿,效果较为明显,利用补偿软件可以实现对数控机床任意点进行补偿。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the on-line inspection accuracy of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools, the influence of the positioning errors of each axis of machine tools on the on-line inspection accuracy of CNC machine tools is studied. Error compensation of CNC machine tool was carried out through experimental research. Firstly, a laser interferometer was used to measure the positioning errors of each axis on CNC machine tool. Then the positioning errors of each axis were compensated sequentially, and the algorithm of a cubic spline curve was written by taking Visual C++60 as the development tool. The measured data points were fitted into a curve to achieve the error effect that could predict any point of the machine tool, and finally the standard block test was performed. The results show that the error compensation effect is obvious, and the compensation software can be used to compensate the machine tool at any point.
