    摘要:

    针对辊式矫直机4个液压缸同步压下驱动的情况,在传统闭环同步控制的基础上提出了一主三从的液压缸主从同步控制方案,并阐述了其基本原理。然后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对辊式矫直机采用一主三从的主从同步控制进行了仿真模拟,模拟结果为液压缸位移波动平均值为0.189 mm,波动最大值为0.273 mm,而矫直压力波动平均值为0.6 MPa,波动最大值为0.68 MPa。最后依托济钢11辊辊式矫直机对闭环同步控制和主从同步控制进行了实验对比研究,通过对矫直辊缝值和矫直力大小的数据进行分析,可知相较于传统的闭环同步控制,选用主从同步控制能取得更好的位置精度和矫直压力控制。

    Abstract:

    According to the situation that 4 hydraulic cylinders of roller straightening machine are driven under synchronous pressure, based on the traditional closed loop synchronous control, a master-slave synchronous control scheme of one main and three subordinate hydraulic cylinders is proposed, and its basic principle is expounded.MATLAB/Simulink software was used to simulate the master-slave synchronous control of the roller straightening machine. The simulation results show that the average value of displacement fluctuation of hydraulic cylinder is 0.189 mm and the maximum value of fluctuation is 0.273 mm, while the average value of straightening pressure fluctuation is 0.6 MPa and the maximum value of fluctuation is 0.68 MPa.In the end, an experimental comparative study is made on the closed-loop synchronous control and master-slave synchronous control by relying on the 11roller straightening machine of Jigang. Through the analysis of the data of the levelling roller gap value and levelling force, it can be seen that, compared with the traditional closed-loop synchronous control, the master-slave synchronous control can achieve better position accuracy and straightening pressure control.
