    摘要:

    为了得到粗糙度对翼型气动性能的影响,采用CFD数值模拟,研究了S809翼型布置粗糙度时的气动性能,得到了其敏感粗糙度;模拟计算了翼型吸力面和压力面分段布置粗糙度时,翼型升、阻力的变化;采用对称加厚的方式对S809翼型进行钝尾缘修型,并对最优修型和原始翼型气动性能进行了比较。结果表明:粗糙度0.5 mm是S809的敏感粗糙度,吸力面距离前缘5%、55%弦长位置和压力面相距45%、65%弦长位置是翼型粗糙度敏感位置;钝尾修型2%弦长为最优,修型之后的升力在布置粗糙度后有明显提升,综合指标数表明:改型翼型相比于原始翼型具有相对较低的粗糙度敏感性。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the effect of roughness on aerodynamic performance of airfoil, the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CDF) numerical simulation is used to study the aerodynamic performance of S809 airfoil when the airfoil layout roughness, and the sensitive roughness was obtained.The airfoil lift and drag changes were simulated when the airfoil suction surface and pressure surface were roughness sectionally arranged. The symmetrical thickening method was used to treat the S809 airfoil. The blunt trailing edge was modified, and the optimal trim and aerodynamic performance of the original airfoil were compared.The results show that 0.5 mm roughness is the sensitive roughness of S809. The suction surface is 5%, 55% chord length is 45% and pressure surface is 65% chord length is the sensitive position of airfoil roughness. 2% chord length of blunt tail modification is the optimal one, and the lift of modified airfoil is obviously increased after layout roughness. The comprehensive index number shows that the modified airfoil phase is improved. Compared with the original airfoil, it has relatively low roughness sensitivity.
