    摘要:

    无油涡旋压缩机的内部流场研究,对于提升无油涡旋压缩机的性能有着重要的影响。通过对无油涡旋压缩机的内部流场建立三维非定常CFD数值模拟,以空气作为工质,运用动网格技术对其腔内工质的流动规律和状态分布以及在不同电机转速驱动下无油涡旋压缩机的质量流量做了详细分析。分析表明:工质的质量流量随主轴转速的增大而增大;在压缩机工作过程中,随着主轴的转动,工质气体在工作腔内压力和温度均逐渐增大,且分布不均匀。

    Abstract:

    The study about the internal flow field of the oil-free scroll compressor has an important influence on the performance of the oil-free scroll compressor. A three-dimensional unsteady CFD numerical simulation of the internal flow field of an oil-free scroll compressor was established.Taking air as a working medium, dynamic mesh technology was applied to analyze the flow law and state distribution of the working fluid in the working chamber, and mass flow at different motor speeds. Analysis results show that the mass flow of the working fluid increases as the spindle speed up; during the operation of the compressor, as the main shaft rotates, the pressure and temperature of the working gas in the working chamber gradually increase and unevenly distributed.
