    摘要:

    设计的在线式轮装制动盘螺栓自动拧紧机,根据轮装制动盘螺栓的拧紧工艺和扭矩控制原理实现对螺栓拧紧力的控制;通过变距输送线体和丝杠变径机构,实现不同规格的轮盘拧紧;利用工业相机实现螺栓位置的识别,完成初始位置的确定;讨论了自动拧紧机控制系统的硬件组成和软件系统配置,并介绍了防错、防漏功能的设计流程。螺栓自动拧紧机可提高装配精度和操作效率。

    Abstract:

    According to the tightening process and torque control principle of the wheel brake disc bolt, the bolt tightening force was controlled.Wheel tightening with different sizes was realized through the variable pitch conveying line body and screw reducing mechanism. The initial position of the bolt was determined by the industrial camera.The hardware composition and software system configuration of the automatic tightening machine control system were discussed.The design process of error proofing and leak proofing was introduced.The bolt automatic tightening machine can improve assembling precision and effieiency.
