    摘要:

    针对机床掉电而使加工数据丢失问题,设计一种电火花线切割数控机床掉电保护功能电路。该电路以CPLD为控制核心,使用高精度电压监控器对工作电压进行实时监控,当监控到掉电事件发生后,启动内部掉电保护功能,将掉电瞬间的加工数据存储至RAM储存器中,待重新上电后,将RAM储存器中的加工数据读出,使加工能够继续进行,实现了掉电保护功能,从而提高了加工效率并降低了成本。通过程序仿真和硬件测试验证,该掉电保护功能电路可以存储和读取加工数据,验证了掉电保护电路和对应程序的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of machining data loss caused by machine power failure,a power-off protection function circuit was designed for WEDM CNC machine tools.In the circuit,CPLD was used as the control core, and the high-precision voltage monitor was used to monitor the working voltage in real time. When the power-down event was detected, the internal power-down protection function was activated, and the processing data of the power-down instant was stored in the RAM memory. After the power was recovered, the processing data in the RAM memory was read, so that the processing could be continued, and the power-down protection function was realized. Thereby, this can improve the processing efficiency and reduce the cost. Through program simulation and hardware test verification, the power-down protection function circuit can store and read the processing data, verifying the power-down protection circuit and the corresponding program.
