    摘要:

    为了改善某电液伺服阀芯表面质量,提出一种改进的游离磨粒光整加工方法。对C616机床进行改造,在机床上加设第二主轴和磨料喷射装置,使用毡轮配合刚玉磨料浆液对零件表面进行抛光,采用金相显微镜观察零件加工前后表面形貌变化。实验结果表明:在给定范围内,选用浓度为10%的8 000目白刚玉微粉、毡轮转速为8 000 r/min加工5 min后,明显去除了零件车削后残留的表面条纹,有效改善了伺服阀芯表面质量。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the surface quality of servo valve core,an improved free abrasive finishing method was presented.The C616 machine tool was modified. A second spindle and an abrasive spraying device were added to the machine tool. The surface of the part was polished with a felt wheel and an abrasive slurry. The surface morphology of the part before and after machining was observed by a metallographic microscope.Experimental results show that within the given range, the 8 000# white corundum powder with a concentration of 10% and the speed of the felt wheel of 8 000 r/min are used for 5 min, the surface streaks remaining after the parts are turned off are obviously removed, which effectively improves the surface quality of the servo spool.
