    摘要:

    为解决中小企业的自动化冲压生产问题,根据某厂加工汽车覆盖件的生产特点,针对大型闭式压力机,研制一套自动化上下料系统,实现单机自动化生产。该系统由拆垛取料机械手、对中台、桁架式上下料机械手和压力机组成,适合种类多、批量小的生产方式,可以有效改善冲压件的加工质量,节约加工成本。经过试验:系统可以实现长500~1 600 mm、宽500~1 200 mm、厚度在0.2~3 mm内的任意尺寸板料的自动化生产,系统单周期运行时间为12 s,达到了生产要求。此套系统在实际使用过程中,操作方便、生产柔性好、经济性好、工作稳定可靠。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of automatic stamping production in minor enterprises,according to the production characteristics of the automobile panels processed in a factory,for large straight side press,a set of automatic loading and unloading system was developed,realizing automatic production of single machine.The system consisted of a stacking and picking manipulator, a central platform, a truss loading and unloading manipulator and a press,suitable for a wide variety of small batch production.It could effectively improve the processing quality of stamping parts and save the processing cost.After testing,the system can realize automatic production of sheet metal of any size with 500~1 600 mm in length,500~1 200 mm in width and 0.2~3 mm in thickness.The single cycle time of the system is 12 s,the production requirements have been met.The system is easy to operate, flexible, economical, stable and reliable.
