    针对苹果园区果树种植模式,设计全液压驱动苹果多功能作业平台。利用试验采集的液压系统流量和压力数据,分析平台升降、侧向伸缩和行走液压系统的工作性能。结果表明:平台最大上升速度可达0.062 m/s,升降系统稳定性和作业效率较高;平台侧向伸缩液压管路设计分流集流阀,使液压泵输出液压油平均分配给4个侧向伸缩液压缸,液压缸同步性较好;高速行走工况下,平台15.03 s达到匀速运行阶段,匀速运行时液压泵输出流量和压力波动较小,其流量和压力平均值分别为58.78 L/min和7.95 MPa;高速上坡工况下,液压泵出口流量较快达到44 L/min,并保持恒定流量向液压马达供油,稳定性较好,完成上坡和下坡整个测试过程所用时间为18.41 s,系统效率较高。

    Abstract:

    According to planting mode of apple orchard, multifunctional apple operating platform driven by hydraulic system was designed. The working performance of hydraulic system for lifting-descending, width adjustment and walking was analyzed based on the data of pressure and flow of working. The testing results show that the output flow of the hydraulic lifting-descending system of operating platform is stable and the maximum lifting speed is 0.062 m/s, which is high stability and high efficiency. Diverging collector valve, which could distribute the same flow to the all hydraulic cylinders, was designed on the hydraulic pipeline of lateral expansion of operating platform. The results show that four hydraulic cylinders of lateral expansion of operating platform reach to synchronous expansion. Under the fast walking of operating platform conditions, the time is 15.03 s when the operating platform reaches to uniform speed operation phase, the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system is 58.78 L/min and 7.95 MPa respectively, and the fluctuation is very little. Under the fast climbing of operating platform conditions, the output flow of hydraulic pump is reached 44 L/min rapidly. The time taken to complete the entire test process of climbing and descending is 18.41 s. It shows that the operating platform has good climbing performance and high working efficiency.
