    摘要:

    为解决特大型矿用磨机衬板更换过程中作业效率低以及进口设备价格垄断等问题,采用虚拟样机技术研制了一种能够高效完成衬板更换的自行式八自由度重型机械手。根据作业要求对衬板更换机械手进行结构设计,并运用三维软件Inventor建立模型;采用D-H参数法建立其运动学数学模型,在RecurDyn平台进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示,所设计的衬板更换机械手能够满足作业要求;所建立的运动学方程是正确的;仿真结果为驱动元器件的选型提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low operation efficiency and monopoly of imported equipment price in lining replacement process of super-large mining mill, a self-propelled Eight Degrees of Freedom (8-DOF)heavy-duty manipulatoris developed by using virtual prototyping technology.Firstly, the structure design of the lining replacement manipulator was carried out according to the operation requirements, and the model was established by using the three-dimensional (3D) software Inventor.Then, its kinematics mathematical model was established by D-H parameter method.Finally, the simulation analysis was carried out on RecurDyn platform.The simulation results show that the designed lining replacement manipulator can meet the requirements of operation; the established kinematics equation is correct; and the simulation result provides a basis for the selection of driving components.
