    摘要:

    为研究H形密封圈在液压缸活塞密封中的力学性能,建立H形密封装置模型,利用ANSYS软件分析安装阶段、空载阶段和加载阶段的应力变化,并对结构进一步优化,进行对比分析。结果表明:最大应力值随着装载而右移;Von mises应力最大值随着压缩率增大而增大,均处于与缸壁接触处;Von mises应力随着流体压力增大而增大,且密封圈中部会向上突出;优化后能有效减小应力对结构的破坏。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the mechanical properties of the H-shaped seal ring in the piston seal of the hydraulic cylinder, the H-shaped seal device model was established. The stress changes in the installation phase, the no-load phase and the loading phase were analyzed by ANSYS software, and the structure was further optimized for comparative analysis. The results show that the maximum stress value shifts to the right with loading; the maximum Von mises stress increases with the increase of compression ratio, and both are in contact with the cylinder wall; the Von mises stress increases with the increase of fluid pressure, and the middle part of the sealing ring will protrude upwards; after optimization, the stress can be effectively reduced.
