Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of the H-shaped seal ring in the piston seal of the hydraulic cylinder, the H-shaped seal device model was established. The stress changes in the installation phase, the no-load phase and the loading phase were analyzed by ANSYS software, and the structure was further optimized for comparative analysis. The results show that the maximum stress value shifts to the right with loading; the maximum Von mises stress increases with the increase of compression ratio, and both are in contact with the cylinder wall; the Von mises stress increases with the increase of fluid pressure, and the middle part of the sealing ring will protrude upwards; after optimization, the stress can be effectively reduced.
