    摘要:

    针对相关行业对线缆表面质量检测的需求和人工检测方法的不足,提出一套基于机器视觉的线缆表面缺陷实时检测系统的设计方案。设计了满足工业生产线条件的视觉硬件设备,用于采集优质的线缆图像。在图像处理算法中,改进行灰度均值法实现了复杂环境下图像线缆区域的提取;改进双边滤波建立背景并与原缺陷图像差分实现了缺陷信息的分割。通过对300张存在小孔、划痕、绝缘皮破损等线缆缺陷图像进行检测试验,结果表明:该算法检测准确率高于96.3%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the demand of cable surface quality inspection and the shortage of manual detection methods in related industries, a design scheme of real-time detection system for cable surface defects based on machine vision is proposed. First, a visual hardware device that meets the requirements of industrial production lines was designed to collect high-quality cable images. In the image processing algorithm, improving row the gray mean method was used to realize the extraction of the image cable region in the complex environment;the bilateral filtering was improved to establish the background and the defect information was differentiated from the original defect image. Through the detection and test of 300 pieces of images in cable defects such as small holes, scratches and insulation damage,the results show that the accuracy of the algorithm detection is as high as 96.3%.
