The heat storage and release process of the phase change material are simulated to obtain the temperature change curves of the heat absorption and heat dissipation process of the phase change material, which verifying the heat storage and release characteristics of the phase change material. A replaceable heat exchanger plate of fuel tank was designed for the heat dissipation problem of the fuel tank. The streamline diagram of oil flow in the fuel tank was obtained. The temperature varying curves of the fuel tank without heat exchanger plates, with heat exchanger plates and after replacing the heat exchanger plate were simulated. The result shows that the equilibrium temperature in the fuel tank drops by 31 Kelvin after adding the heat exchanger plate. After replacing the heat exchanger plate, the temperature in the fuel tank is extended by 1 000 second for less than 335 Kelvin. The addition and replacement of the heat exchanger plates facilitate the operation of the hydraulic system.
