    摘要:

    齿轮啮合测试是齿轮装配前的必经工序,人工上下料的方法效率低、成本高,使用机械手上下料是大势所趋。通过分析齿轮的外形参数,设计出可快速更换的夹具垫块及储料装置以适应不同机种切换。采用PLC及PROFACE触摸屏搭建控制系统,合理规划机械手的行走路径,采用变址寄存器的方法调用不同机种的点位位置参数,提高了编程和调试的效率。系统使用伺服电机控制X、Y轴及提升装置快速地将齿轮从储料装置放入到测试工位,实现齿轮的精准放置。该系统在某日资汽车变速箱齿轮厂已经过试生产,实践证明该机械手工作稳定,效率提升14%,人工成本减少1/3,系统的搭建方法可在相似的使用环境中推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Gear meshing test is the necessary process before gear assembly. The method of manual loading and unloading is low in efficiency and high in cost. It is an irresistible trend to use manipulator. By analyzing the shape parameters of the gears, the quick-replaceable clamp pads and the storage device are designed to adapt to different types of machine switching. Programmable Logical 〖JP2〗Controller (PLC) and PROFACE touch screen were used to build the control system, and the walking path of the manipulator was rationally〖JP2〗 planned. The position register parameters of different models were called by the method of index register, which improved the efficiency of programming and debugging. The motor servo-controlled X Y axis and lifting device were used by the system to quickly place the gear from the stocking device into the test station precisely. The system had been trial-produced in an automobile transmission gears factory. The practice proves that the manipulator works stably, the efficiency is increased by 14%, and the labor cost is reduced by one-third. The system construction method can be promoted and applied in a similar use environment.
