    摘要:

    针对当前自动扶梯在下行工况驱动主机反向制动产生的能量浪费的情况,提出了一种基于直驱容积控制的节能型扶梯系统方案,并利用AMESim软件搭建了该系统的仿真模型,设计了扶梯的控制系统,通过仿真分析,初步验证了该方案能够在扶梯下行时回收负载重力势能,同时还验证了该系统的节能作用。该方案为新型扶梯产品设计和扶梯的节能提供了新的思路。

    Abstract:

    In view of the energy waste generated by driving the main engine to reverse brake when the escalator is in descending condition,an energy-saving escalator driving system scheme based on direct drive volume control scheme was proposed,the simulation model of the system and the driving control system of the escalator were built by using AMESim.Through the simulation analysis, it is proved that this scheme can recover the gravity potential energy of the load when the escalator goes down, and it also verifies that the system is energy-saving.This scheme provides a idea for the design of new energy-saving escalators.
