    摘要:

    针对TBM掘进机液压系统压力易受液压油压力和温度变化的扰动,压力的精准控制比较困难,以前期研究搭建的混联式掘进机构试验台的掘进机构为研究对象,采用PID闭环控制方式,利用西门子S71500 PLC逻辑控制器,应用PID调节比例溢流阀开口度,控制系统的压力;再利用压力传感器的检测与变送,将液压系统的压力反馈回PLC,建立闭环压力控制系统,控制连续变化推进器和支撑器的系统压力,实现了对TBM掘进机试验台液压系统压力的精确、稳定和自动控制。同时,为了保护实验台的液压缸及相关硬件设备,运用MatLab的Simulink建立数学模型,进行了PID参数Kp、Ki、Kd的优化,进一步提高了混联式掘进机构试验台的性能。

    Abstract:

    As the hydraulic system pressure of TBM tunneling machine is easily disturbed by hydraulic oil pressure and temperature change, it is difficult to precisely control the pressure. The tunneling mechanism of the test bed of hybrid tunneling mechanism built in the previous study was taken as the research object. The pressure of the system was controlled by adjusting the proportional relief valve opening with PID closed-loop control mode using Siemens S71500 PLC logic controller. The pressure of the hydraulic system was fed back to the PLC by the detection and transmission of the pressure sensor. The closed-loop pressure control system was established to control the system pressure of the continuously varying propeller and the support device. The accurate, stable and automatic control of hydraulic pressure of TBM tunneling mechanism test bed was realized. In order to protect the hydraulic cylinder and related hardware equipment of the experimental platform,the mathematical model was established by using the Simulink in MatLab,and the PID parameters such as Kp, Ki and Kd were optimized,the performance of the test bed of hybrid tunneling mechanism was improved.
