    摘要:

    载荷谱是齿轮剩余疲劳寿命预测的关键,为了加速疲劳试验以提高剩余疲劳寿命的预测效率,提出一种基于雨流计数的齿轮程序载荷谱编制方法。通过分析一个啮合周期齿轮轮齿受载情况,抽取相应动载荷谱,基于雨流计数递归算法实现该载荷谱的雨流计数。通过假设检验确定计数结果的数学模型,应用最大似然估计确定概率密度函数,在此基础上确定极大值载荷,建立了程序载荷谱。根据所得程序载荷谱应用Miner疲劳累计假说以及局部应力应变法预测齿轮寿命, 并与疲劳试验结果进行比对,结果基本一致,证明了该程序载荷谱的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Load spectrum is the key to the prediction of gear residual fatigue life. In order to accelerate the fatigue test and improve the prediction efficiency of residual fatigue life, a method of compiling the program load spectrum of gear based on Rain-flow counting was proposed. By analyzing the load of gear teeth in a meshing period, the corresponding dynamic load spectrum was extracted, and the Rain-flow count of the load spectrum was realized by the recursive algorithm of Rain-flow count. The mathematical model of counting results was determined by hypothesis testing,and the probability density function was determined by maximum likelihood estimation.The maximum load was determined,and the program load spectrum was established.Based on the established program load spectrum,gear life was predicted by Miner fatigue accumulation hypothesis and local stress strain method. The predicted results are basically consistent with the fatigue test results,which proves the validity of the program load spectrum.
