    在分析现有液压挖掘机回转节能系统的基础上,结合挖掘机回转工况,提出了一种基于蓄能器液压马达超级电容的挖掘机回转制动能量电液回收系统,通过实时调节回收马达的入口压力和电机的转速,实现挖掘机回转平台的平稳制动。采用蓄能器和超级电容共同储能,超级电容补偿蓄能器的非线性特性,降低了储能单元的成本。构建了能量回收系统的数学模型;建立了采用该能量回收系统的20 t挖掘机联合仿真模型,分析研究了挖掘机空载工况下所提系统的回收效率和回转平台的运行特性。研究结果表明:在不影响系统正常工作和操作者操作习惯的同时,所提系统可实现回转制动能量的高效回收;当回收马达入口压力设定23 MPa时,回收效率可达63.2%。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the existing swing energy saving system of the hydraulic excavator and considering the swing working condition, a electrohydraulic swing braking energy recovery system of hydraulic excavator based on the accumulatormotorsupercapacitor is proposed. By adjusting the inlet pressure of the recovery hydraulic motor and rotation speed of the electric motor in realtime, the swing platform of the excavator can be braked smoothly. The hydraulic accumulator and supercapacitor is used to store the braking energy. The supercapacitor is used to compensates the nonlinearity of the hydraulic accumulator, by which the cost of energy storage unit is reduced. The mathematical model of the energy recovery system is constructed, and a cosimulation model of a 20ton hydraulic excavator with the energy recovery system is built. The energy recovery efficiency of the system and the operating characteristics of the swing platform are analyzed and studied under the noload condition. The results show that the system can achieve high efficiency recovery of swing braking energy without affecting the normal work of the system and operator’s operation habits. When the inlet pressure of the recovery hydraulic motor is set 23 MPa, the braking energy recovery efficiency can reach to 63.2%.
