    摘要:

    以助航灯具灯发光口图像的平均灰度值为指标,研究了影响助航灯具清洗效果的几个关键因素。采用模糊理论对清洗压力、清洗时间、清洗距离、清洗角度、清洗介质含量和清洗效果进行了模糊化处理。通过正交试验建立了模糊预测规则库。在给定输入参数的条件下,采用基于规则的模糊推理实现了清洗率的预测。实验结果表明:预测误差小于6%。

    Abstract:

    Taking the average gray value of the luminous port image of the navigation aid lamp as an index, several key factors affecting the cleaning effect of the navigation aid lamps are studied. The cleaning pressure, cleaning time, cleaning distance, cleaning angle, cleaning medium content and cleaning rate are blurred by using fuzzy theory. The fuzzy prediction rule base is established by orthogonal experiment. The prediction of cleaning rate was achieved under the condition of given input parameters by rule based fuzzy reasoning. The experimental results show that the prediction errors are less than 6%.
