      依据GJB4856—2003提供的中国男性直升机飞行员人体尺寸,建立飞行员的上肢6自由度运动学模型,通过旋量理论和指数积公式对飞行员操纵舒适性进行分析,求解出飞行员的可达空间和舒适操纵空间,利用其结果对飞机座舱的操纵杆进行优化布置。采用基于旋量理论的指数积运动学建模方法,只需建立基础坐标系和工具坐标系,使得运动模型更为简单,且具有更明确的物理和几何意义。该方法为飞行员驾驶工效的评估提供了一个新的思路,可用于驾驶室布局的优化设计。
英文摘要:
      A 6 degree of freedom (6 DOF) kinematic model of a pilot’s upper limbs is established based on the anthropometric dimensions of the Chinese male pilot population specified in GJB4856-2003. Pilot manipulation comfort is analyzed using screw theory and the product of exponentials (POE) formula to determine a pilot’s reachable space and comfortable manipulation space, the results of which are used to optimize the joystick layout for an aircraft cockpit. When using this kinematic modeling method based on screw theory and the POE formula, only a base coordinate system and a tool coordinate system need to be established, which makes the motion model simpler and endows it with more definite physical and geometric significance. This method provides a novel basis for the evaluation of pilot steering ergonomics, which can be used to optimize cockpit layouts
