Abstract:The main function of the serpentine conveyor is that it can load and unload passengers’ luggage in a safe, effective and convenient way from the cargo compartment of the aircraft and under the control of the operator.Since 21st century, with the continuous improvement of the economy, the airliner carrying capacity increased, and when people travel their baggages increasingly, cargo plane specifications are also increasing. In order to meet the increasing load pressure, to improve the efficiency of transportation, the traditional belt conveyor car based on optimization design, puts forward the design scheme with a car the new section of the serpentine transmission, optimize the structure of transfer conveyor belt geometric serpentine car with frame based on the design and application of adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving the optimal value.
