    摘要:

    现阶段大多数组态软件中自带控制模块的控制算法过于简单,导致控制性能不高,为了解决这个问题,在传统模糊理论基础上提出了一种改进的自调节模糊控制算法,该算法能够根据误差变化实时调节修正因子,并采用VB6.0编程语言将提出的自调节模糊控制算法进行了实现,生成了一个相应的ActivX控件,最后将该ActivX控件加载到LabVIEW组态软件中,为其增加了更加先进的控制算法。实验结果显示:提出改进的自调节模糊控制算法具有良好的控制性能,相应的ActivX控件在LabVIEW组态软件中表现出较好的实时性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    At present, the control algorithm with its control module is too simple in most configuration software, which leads to low control performance. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, an improved selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm was proposed based on the traditional fuzzy theory. This algorithm can adjust the correction factor in real time, according to error changes. This algorithm adopts VB6.0 programming language to implement the proposed selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm, to generate the corresponding ActivX control, and finally the ActivX control is loaded into LabVIEW configuration software, increasing more advanced control algorithm for it. The experimental results have shown that the improved selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm proposed has well control performance, and the corresponding ActivX control has shown preferable timeliness and reliability in the LabVIEW configuration software.
