Abstract:At present, the control algorithm with its control module is too simple in most configuration software, which leads to low control performance. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, an improved selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm was proposed based on the traditional fuzzy theory. This algorithm can adjust the correction factor in real time, according to error changes. This algorithm adopts VB6.0 programming language to implement the proposed selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm, to generate the corresponding ActivX control, and finally the ActivX control is loaded into LabVIEW configuration software, increasing more advanced control algorithm for it. The experimental results have shown that the improved selfadjusting fuzzy control algorithm proposed has well control performance, and the corresponding ActivX control has shown preferable timeliness and reliability in the LabVIEW configuration software.
