    摘要:

    依据卷纸机的特点,需要纸张稳定、无偏差的靠近卷纸机,来完成卷纸工作。采用了光电液伺服控制系统来对卷纸过程中纸张跑偏的特点进行控制,绘制了系统的原理图,对主要的器件进行了选型,并且建立了系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真软件对系统进行了仿真分析,证明了该控制系统稳定性好,速度响应快,实现了设计的初衷。

    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of the reel machine, stable and unbiased paper close to the reel machine is needed to complete the work of paper reeling. In this paper, the photoelectrichydraulic servo control system was used to control the characteristics of paper deviation in the process of paper reeling. The schematic diagram of the system was drawn, the main components were selected, and the mathematical model of the system was established. The system was simulated and analyzed by MATLAB simulation software. It is proven that the control system has good stability and fast response, and the original intention of the design was realized.
