    摘要:

    针对隐藏性和模糊性很强的间歇故障,提出一种基于改进的集对分析方法。首先,通过建立故障类型与故障征兆的关系集合,利用关联规则计算出的支持度与置信度,建立各个故障征兆对应该故障的权值;其次,采用基于最小化期望损失的方法计算i值,刻画由间歇故障到永久性故障之间的模糊不确定性,避免了集对分析中差异度系数选择的主观性,并将改进的集对分析应用到对地面空调的间歇故障的诊断中。经过实例验证,该方法对于间歇故障诊断具有较好的效果。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposedan improved set pair analysis method for intermittent faults with strong concealment and ambiguity. Firstly, by establishing a relationships between the fault type and the symptom of the fault by using the support degree and confidence degree calculated by the association rule, the weight of each fault symptom corresponding to the faulthas been established;The ivalue is calculated by the method based on minimizing the expected loss, and the fuzzy uncertainty between the intermittent fault and the permanent fault is characterized, and the subjectivity of the difference coefficient selection in the set pair analysis is avoided. And then the improved setpair analysis is applied to thediagnosis of intermittent faults of ground air conditioner. The example proves that the method has a good effect on intermittent fault diagnosis.
