    摘要:

    针对现有俯仰式立体车库升降稳定性较差的问题,利用CATIA软件对俯仰式立体车库进行了结构改进,为对比分析改进前后的稳定性,将2种俯仰式立体车库三维模型导入ADAMS进行运动仿真,结果表明:改进后的俯仰式立体车库系统升降更稳定;以改进后车库液压缸驱动力波动的标准偏差值最小作为优化目标,进行结构优化,优化后的俯仰式立体车库驱动力波动大大降低,提高了立体车库升降的稳定性,为其机械结构设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of poor lifting stability of the existing pitching stereo garage, the CATIA software was used to improve the structure of the pitching stereo garage. In order to compare and analyze the stability of the pitching stereo garage before and after improvement, two kinds of pitching stereo garage three-dimensional models were imported into ADAMS for motion simulation. The results show that the improved pitching stereo garage system is more stable.The structural optimization was carried out with the minimum standard deviation of the driving force fluctuation of the garage hydraulic cylinder after improvement.It is found that the driving force fluctuation of the optimized pitching stereo garage is greatly reduced,the lifting stability of stereo garage is improved, which provides a reference for its mechanical structure design.
