    摘要:

    为了了解铣削加工表面残余应力的离散特征,对45钢在干切削和浇注润滑状态下分别进行粗/精铣削加工实验;采用数理统计方法对试样加工残余应力的离散性进行研究。实验结果表明: 铣削残余应力有着明显的离散性,比车削残余应力大;铣削残余应力离散性主要来源于切削过程热力耦合的随机变化和铣削的刀具-工件复杂运动;工艺条件可以在一定范围内影响铣削残余应力离散性,粗加工的离散性比精加工大,浇注润滑离散性比干切削小。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the discrete characteristics of milling residual stress, an experiment on rough/fine milling of 45 steel was carried out under dry cutting or pouring lubrication. Then the discreteness of milling residual stress was studied by mathematical statistics. The experimental results show that milling residual stress has obvious discreteness,which is larger than that of turning. The dispersion of milling residual stress mainly comes from random change of cutting process and movement feature of milling tool-workpiece. The milling conditions can affect dispersion of residual stress in a certain range.The discreteness of rough milling is larger than that of fine milling, and the discreteness of pouring lubrication is smaller than that of dry cutting.
