Taking the beam and column of high-speed ceramic milling machine as the research object, the filled structure of epoxy〖JP〗 resin concrete was designed. Through ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software, the dynamic and static performances of the prototype fuselage and the filled fuselage were compared and analyzed. It is preliminarily proved that the filled machine body can improve the dynamic and static performances of ceramic machining machine. The theoretical analysis result was verified by the result of harmonic response experiment of the machine tool filled with epoxy resin concrete. The results show that the filled method can be used to reduce the vibration of machine tools and improve the dynamic and static performances of machine tools. The filling structure has certain advantages in vibration reduction and vibration resistance.
