    摘要:

    当前对在役球罐进行定期检测时,需在球罐内外搭建脚手架,由人工操作无损探伤设备完成检测。检验人员工作量大,且检测效率低。因此,研制出满足于现场条件的自动检测系统代替人工检测十分必要。本文作者在对国内外爬壁和检测机器人的研究现状进行归纳和总结的基础上,提出了一种适用于大型球罐的爬壁检测机器人。该机器人能够实现宏观视频检测、超声测厚、磁粉检测等功能,能够提高工作效率,降低工人劳动强度,具有较大的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    When regularly inspecting the spherical tank in service, it is necessary to build scaffolds inside and outside the spherical tank, and the non-destructive inspection should be completed by manual operation.So the workload of inspectors is large and the testing efficiency is low. It is necessary to develop an automatic detection system to replace manual detection. On the basis of summarizing the research status of wall-climbing robot and detection robot at home and abroad, a wall-climbing detection robot suitable for large spherical tank was proposed. The robot has macro video detection, ultrasonic thickness measurement, magnetic particle detection and other functions, which can improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers, and has a great application prospect.
