    摘要:

    为解决线束包覆过程中劳动力消耗过大的问题,运用SolidWorks设计了一种行星结构轮带复合传动的线束自动缠绕机构,该机构具有配合工业机器人进行缠绕及自动断带的功能。为了解该机构运动特性,使用ADAMS对其进行了动态仿真,研究了该机构的传动特性、影响传动稳定的内外因素、振动响应频率及齿轮啮合特性。结果表明:该线束缠绕机构运行平稳。该研究为后续模型的优化提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of excessive labor consumption in the process of wire harness coating, an automatic winding mechanism of wire harness with planetary structure wheel belt composite transmission was designed by using SolidWorks. The mechanism has the function of winding and automatic belt breaking in coordination with an industrial robot. In order to study the motion characteristics of the mechanism, the dynamic simulation of the mechanism was carried out by ADAMS. The transmission characteristics, the internal and external factors affecting the transmission stability, vibration response frequency and gear meshing characteristics of the mechanism were studied. The results show that the wire harness winding mechanism runs smoothly. The study provides a reference for the optimization of the model.
