    摘要:

    海上作业及移动设备等特殊工况下工作台表面在外力作用下发生倾斜,影响工作效率及可靠性,对此基于PLC设计了自动液压平衡控制系统。该系统由PLC、人机交互界面、传感器及液压泵站组成。传感器对工作面倾角进行监测,通过Modbus-RTU将检测结果传递到PLC进行分析计算,根据分析结果对液压系统进行控制,实现工作面自动平衡。由测试结果可知:该液压自动平衡系统响应速度快,调整精准,具有良好的应用效果。

    Abstract:

    Under special working conditions such as offshore operations and moving devices, the surface of the worktable inclines under external forces, which affects efficiency and reliability of the work. An automatic hydraulic balance control system was designed based on PLC. The system consisted of PLC, man-machine interface, sensor and hydraulic pump station. The sensor was used to monitor the inclination of the working face, the test results were transmitted to PLC for analysis and calculation through Modbus-RTU, and the hydraulic system was controlled according to the analysis results, so as to realize the automatic balance of the working face. The test results show that the hydraulic automatic balancing system has fast response speed, accurate adjustment and good application effect.
