    摘要:

    针对隧道掘进机液压系统中三联柱塞泵壳体温度存在明显差异的问题,首先分析轴向柱塞泵的生热机制,并对〖JP2〗三联泵中不同排量的轴向柱塞泵进行了壳体温升、泄油压力及泄油流量的空载试验。试验结果表明:排量为145、260 mL/r的轴向柱塞泵,其壳体中部温度最高,是滑靴副、柱塞副、配流副、柱塞泵搅动总功率损失所致;带离心加注泵的柱塞泵,通过将泵送的多余油液经壳体流回油箱,可显著降低柱塞泵壳体温度,降温可达11 ℃。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the significant temperature difference on triple piston pump housing in the hydraulic system of roadheader, the heat generating mechanism of the axial piston pump was firstly analyzed. The temperature rise of housing, drain pressure and the drain flow volume of the axial piston pumps with different displacements in the triple pump were measured by experiments.The results show that the axial piston pumps with displacements of 145 and 260 mL/r have the highest temperature in the middle part of the housing, which is caused by the total power loss of the slipper pair, the plunger pair, the distributor pair and the stir of the plunger pump; the axial piston pump with the centrifugal filling pump can significantly reduce the housing temperature by sending the pumping excess oil back to the oil tank through the housing, and the temperature drop can reach 11 ℃.
