    摘要:

    传统的液压模拟器不能完全模拟真实负载,因此建立一个可以模拟弹性载荷的机械摆锤液压负载模拟器。通过MATLAB软件对活塞连杆速度和摆锤旋转角度进行仿真验证。结果表明:在无干扰状态下,活塞速度和摆锤旋转角度与期望值差别较小、跟踪效果较好;在有干扰状态下,活塞速度和摆锤旋转角度在开始阶段跟踪误差较大,但是很快做出自适应调整,能满足期望值的要求。采用摆锤式负载模拟器能够模拟喷嘴在实际活塞连杆运动的速度变化。

    Abstract:

    The traditional hydraulic simulator can not fully simulate the real load, so a mechanical pendulum hydraulic load simulator which can simulate the elastic load was established. The speed of the piston rod and the rotation angle of the pendulum were simulated and verified by MATLAB software. The results show that the piston speed and the pendulum rotation angle of the pendulum load simulator are slightly different from the expected value and the tracking effect is good under the noninterference condition. The tracking error of the piston speed and the pendulum rotation angle of the pendulum load simulator is large at the beginning stage under the interference condition, but the pendulum load simulator can make self-adaptive adjustment quickly to meet the requirements of the expected value. The pendulum load simulator can be used to simulate the velocity change of the actual piston linkage motion of the nozzle.
