Abstract:In order to reduce the energy loss of the electro-hydraulic servo valve control system, a double layer fuzzy controller was designed and the energy of the electro-hydraulic servo system was simulated. The schematic diagram of the electro-hydraulic servo valve model was analyzed, the dynamic model of the electro-hydraulic servo valve was established, and the equation of the relationship between the opening pressure of the proportional relief valve and the pump pressure was derived. The variable domain double layer fuzzy control method was designed. The load feedback and output error feedback of the electro-hydraulic servo system were adjusted online respectively. The energy saving effect of the control system was simulated and verified by MATLAB, and the results were compared and analyzed with that of the traditional PID control method. The results show that the output error and energy loss of the electro-hydraulic servo system using traditional PID control method are large, while the output error and energy loss of the electro-hydraulic servo system using with the double layer fuzzy control method are smaller. The double layer fuzzy control method can improve the output precision of the nonlinear electro-hydraulic servo system and effectively reduce the energy loss of the control system.
