    摘要:

    进给系统作为立式加工中心的重要部件之一,其振动特性对产品的加工质量具有重要影响。以某大型立式加工中心为研究对象,建立了滚珠丝杠进给系统的刚柔耦合模型,分析进给系统的丝杠动态特性,研究了丝杠在不同转速范围内的振幅变化规律,分析了滚珠丝杠的静态和动态力学响应。模拟仿真的结论验证该大型立加机床进给系统能达到设计要求,并为大型立加机床进给系统的设计优化提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The feed system is one of the important components of the vertical machining center, and its vibration characteristics have an important influence on the processing quality of the product. Taking a large vertical machining center as the research object, the rigidflexible coupling model of the ball screw feed system was established, the dynamic characteristics of the screw feed system were analyzed, the amplitude variation rule of the screw in different speed range was studied, and the static and dynamic mechanical responses of ball screw were analyzed. The simulation results show that the large vertical machine feed system can meet the design requirements.The research result provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of large vertical machine feed system.
