Abstract:According to the impacts of the uncertainties of the bolt group layout on the modal frequencies of the bolted joint plate in the aircraft engine,the best layout of bolt group of the bolted joint plate was studied. A parametric model of the bolted joint plate was developed by using ABAQUS and Python programming. The position angle and radius of the bolt group were modified to discuss the impacts of variation of the bolt layout on the modal frequencies of bolted joint plate based on the parametric model.Based on the impacts of bolt group layout angle and radius changing on the modal frequencies,one best layout design method for antiresonance of the bolted joint plate was proposed.Results indicate that the changing of layout of bolt group has a certain influence on the modal frequencies of the bolted joint plate,and the sensitivity degrees of the layout on the different modal frequencies are different.Some of the modal frequencies are very sensitive to the bolt group layout. It reaches to 1.2%.With the increasing of layout angle and radius of bolt group,some of modal frequencies vary periodically as the law of cresttrough mode.According to pointview of antiresonance,it exists a best bolt group layout.This research results provides reference to the best layout design of bolted joint plate for antiresonance.
