    摘要:

    研究齿槽转矩产生的机制,利用有限元电磁仿真软件Ansoft Maxwell建立永磁联轴器二维模型,分析导体铜套开槽筒式永磁联轴器输出转矩提高和转矩波动范围增大的原因。依据齿槽转矩产生机制,进一步分析开槽数量与磁极数的关系对齿槽转矩的影响规律,还通过仿真得到不同槽宽占空比、永磁体占空比条件下PMC的齿槽转矩和输出转矩特性曲线,给出削弱齿槽转矩、提高输出转矩并减小转矩波动的参数优化方法,为永磁联轴器的设计应用提供一定的理论参考。

    Abstract:

    The generation mechanism of cogging torque was studied, and the twodimensional(2D) model of the permanent magnet couplings(PMC) was established by using finite element electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft Maxwell. The reasons for the increase in output torque and torque fluctuation range of cylindrical permanent magnetic couplings with slotted conductor copper sleeve were analyzed. According to the generation mechanism of the cogging torque, the influence of the relationship between the slot number and the pole number on the cogging torque was further analyzed, and the cogging torque and output torque characteristic curves of PMC under different slot width duty cycle and permanent magnet duty cycle were also obtained by simulation. Then the parameter optimization methods for weakening the cogging torque, increasing the output torque and reducing the torque fluctuation were given. It provides some theoretical reference for the design and application of PMC.
