    摘要:

    为了研究多柱塞斜盘柱塞泵的脉动特性,根据柱塞泵的原理,利用AMESim软件对多柱塞斜盘柱塞泵进行了建模和仿真分析。主要研究分析了柱塞泵斜盘倾角和柱塞数目对柱塞泵脉动特性的影响,结果表明:柱塞泵斜盘倾角和柱塞数目对柱塞泵的脉动特性有较大影响;斜盘倾角越大,则脉动情况越明显;柱塞数目越多,脉动频率越高,但脉动率越小。在设计和选用柱塞泵时应根据不同的要求选择合适的斜盘倾角和柱塞数目。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the pulsation characteristics of multiplunger swash plate piston pump, according to the principle of plunger pump, the modeling and simulation analysis of multiplunger swash plate plunger pump was carried out by AMESim software. The influence of the swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger on the pulsation characteristics of the plunger pump was studied and analyzed. The results show that the swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger have great influence on the pulsation characteristics of the plunger pump. The greater the inclination of the swash plate, the more obvious the pulsation. The more the number of plungers, the higher the pulsation frequency, but the smaller the pulsation rate. When designing and selecting the plunger pump, the appropriate swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger should be selected according to different requirements.
