Abstract:In order to study the pulsation characteristics of multiplunger swash plate piston pump, according to the principle of plunger pump, the modeling and simulation analysis of multiplunger swash plate plunger pump was carried out by AMESim software. The influence of the swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger on the pulsation characteristics of the plunger pump was studied and analyzed. The results show that the swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger have great influence on the pulsation characteristics of the plunger pump. The greater the inclination of the swash plate, the more obvious the pulsation. The more the number of plungers, the higher the pulsation frequency, but the smaller the pulsation rate. When designing and selecting the plunger pump, the appropriate swash plate inclination angle and the number of the plunger should be selected according to different requirements.
