    摘要:

    对用于高黏度浆料搅拌的某型号三桨行星搅拌器进行数值模拟和桨型研究,通过螺距的变化改变桨型得到另外2个方案。对3个方案分别进行了仿真模拟,从流场分布、速度分布、扭矩、功率等维度进行对比。结果表明:增大螺距,桨型更接近框式,搅拌器排出和切向循环能力增强,轴向循环能力减弱,搅拌扭矩和功率增大;减小螺距,桨型更接近螺带式,搅拌器轴向循环能力增强,排出和切向循环能力减弱,搅拌扭矩和功率减小。适中的螺距和桨型,有利于提升行星搅拌器的复合搅拌效果。

    Abstract:

    The numerical simulation of a three-paddle planetary agitator used for mixing high-viscosity paste was carried out and the propeller type was studied.The other two schemes were obtained by changing the pitch of the propeller.The flow field distribution, velocity distribution, torque and power of the three schemes were compared by simulation analysis.The results show that when the pitch is increased and the paddle type is closer to the frame type,the discharge and tangential circulation ability of the agitator is enhanced, the axial circulation ability is weakened, and the stirring torque and power are increased.When the pitch is reduced and the paddle type is closer to the belt type,the axial circulation ability of the agitator is enhanced,the discharge and tangential circulation ability is weakened,and the stirring torque and power are decreased.Suitable pitch and paddle type are helpful to improve the compound stirring effect of planetary stirrer.
