    摘要:

    以植物纤维模塑制品自动生产线为研究对象,分析该生产线的工艺流程和工艺技术要求,提出一种优化的植物纤维模塑制品自动生产线液压系统设计方案,设计了自动生产线液压系统回路,计算了液压元件的技术参数并进行组装试验。与气动分体式生产设备对比表明,单个产品的时间效率可提升约25%,日产量提升约50%。因此液压自动生产线设计合理,满足工艺要求且运行可靠稳定,具有很好的经济和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    Taking the automatic production line of plant fiber molding products as the research object,the technological process and technological requirements of the production line were analyzed, an optimized hydraulic system design scheme was put forward.The hydraulic system circuit of the automatic production line was designed, and the technical parameters of hydraulic components were calculated and the assembly test was carried out.Compared with pneumatic split production equipment,the designed hydraulic automatic production line can increase the production efficiency of a single product by about 25% and the daily production by about 50%.Therefore, the design of hydraulic automatic production line is reasonable,it can meet the process requirements and operate reliably and stably, and it has good economic and social benefits.
