    摘要:

    混粉电火花加工是一种新型加工工艺, 通过在工作液中添加微细粉末,显著改善加工表面粗糙度。电火花加工表面粗糙度的形成与放电蚀坑大小有直接关系, 而放电蚀坑大小与单次脉冲放电温度场有密切联系。为了进一步提高混粉加工表面质量,利用ANSYS软件对放电点温度场进行了模拟与分析, 得到了工件表层温度场的分布规律, 揭示了材料去除机制,阐明了加工表面粗糙度与温度场的关系,对预测和改善混粉加工表面质量及日后生产实际应用提供了一定的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Mixed powder electric discharge machining(EDM)is a new machining process,by adding fine powder to the working fluid,it can significantly improves the surface roughness of the workpiece. The formation of surface roughness of EDM is directly related to the size of the discharge pit, while the size of the discharge pit is closely related to the temperature field of the single pulse discharge. In order to further improve the surface quality of the mixed powder processing, the temperature field of the discharge point was simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS, and the distribution law of the surface temperature field of the workpiece was obtained. The material removal mechanism was revealed, and the relationship between the surface roughness and the temperature field was clarified. It provides a theoretical basis for predicting and improving the surface quality of mixed powder processing and practical application.
