    摘要:

    液压系统是地埋式垃圾压块机的核心部分,其性能的好坏直接影响压块机工作效率。以地埋式垃圾压块机液压系统为研究对象,对液压系统中的锁紧装置、举升装置、自推装置、推压装置进行了可靠性分析;建立了各工步和总体的可靠度数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真模拟出系统在各个工步的可靠度曲线,并算出系统平均无故障工作时间为4 065.9 h。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic system is the core part of the buried garbage briquetting machine, and its performance directly affects the work efficiency of the machine.Taking the hydraulic system of the buried garbage briquetting machine as the research object, the reliability analyses of the locking device, lifting device, selfpropelled device and pushing device in the hydraulic system were carried out. The reliability mathematical models of each work step and the whole were established, and the reliability curves of the system in each work step were simulated by using MATLAB simulation, and the average troublefree working time of the system was calculated to be 4 065.9 h.
