Abstract:The hydraulic system is the core part of the buried garbage briquetting machine, and its performance directly affects the work efficiency of the machine.Taking the hydraulic system of the buried garbage briquetting machine as the research object, the reliability analyses of the locking device, lifting device, selfpropelled device and pushing device in the hydraulic system were carried out. The reliability mathematical models of each work step and the whole were established, and the reliability curves of the system in each work step were simulated by using MATLAB simulation, and the average troublefree working time of the system was calculated to be 4 065.9 h.
