    摘要:

    论述了不锈钢金属扭力管的工作原理和技术要求。根据不锈钢金属扭力管寿命测试试验要求,设计了一套基于液压作动筒的测控系统,能有效模拟扭力管的工作状态,并对试验过程中的角度、压力、温度等主要参数进行实时监测和记录。试验结果表明:扭力管寿命试验的各项指标均满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    The working principle and technical requirements of stainless steel metal torsion tube were discussed. According to the life test requirements of stainless steel metal torsion tube, a set of measurement and control system based on hydraulic actuating cylinder was designed, by which the working state of the torsion tube could be effectively simulated, and the main parameters such as angle, pressure and temperature could be monitored and recorded in real time during the test. The test results show that the parameters of the life test of the torsion tube meet the design requirements.
